What is the additional 15% charge on my order?
Effective April 23rd, all US orders will have a 15% US Tariff Surcharge added at checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience and are hopeful we can remove this surcharge once tariffs are lifted.
The U.S. government has recently added new tariffs on imported products, with some taxes reaching as high as 190%+ at the border.
We’ve worked hard to absorb as much of these additional costs as possible. However, to ensure we can continue providing you with the products you expect, we're introducing a temporary surcharge of 15% on our entire inventory to offset the impact of these new tariffs.
I don’t want to pay the additional 15%, please refund/remove from my order

We are unable to remove the tariff surcharge from your order. Should the surcharges imposed by the U.S. government be eliminated or significantly reduced, we will happily remove or reduce US Tariff Surcharges from orders.
If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel and refund your order. If your order has been shipped, unused/unworn merchandise can be returned for a refund. Please be aware that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order if you would like to start the return process.
Are any of your products manufactured in the U.S., if so, why do I have to pay the tariff surcharge for them?
100% of the art on Native Northwest products is designed by Indigenous artists from the United States and Canada. Our mission is to build everyday connections with Indigenous cultures. To do so, we work with the best manufacturers to create unique products, made exceptionally well, that showcase the beautiful art of more than 75 Indigenous artists.
Our products are sourced from a variety of manufacturers, including several in U.S., Canada, and Mexico. In some instances, we are seeing 195% increase in production costs, because of new tariffs (import taxes). We are absorbing as much of these extra costs as possible, but we cannot cover them all. The modest 15% US Tariff Surcharge across our entire catalog helps offset the new tariffs introduced by the US Government.
Items, such as Premium Decals and Temporary Tattoos, are made in USA, but may also source components internationally and see price increases.
